What are your operating hours and contact details?
We are open weekly Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM.  Send any queries to sales@almabroorselect.co.za
I don’t see what I’m looking for. Can I customise a package?

Absolutely! Please send an email with your ideas and we will get in touch with you.

How far in advance should I order if I want more than 10 boxes?

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for bulk orders.

HOW DO i USE MY VOUCHER CODE WHEN CHECKING OUT?
  • Add all products to cart.
  • Click CHECKOUT button at top right hand corner of screen.
  • In CART, coupon code can be entered in ‘COUPON CODE’ field. (Grey box)
  • Click on button ‘APPLY COUPON’, which will apply the discount. (Green Box)
  • The discount will be visible in the Cart Totals info.

Our Products

Is everything you sell certified halaal?
  • Yes, all our products have halaal certification.
  • The National Independent Halaal Trust (NIHT) supervises all our produce and all our suppliers.
Is everything you sell local?

**Yes! We source locally made and grown products from all over South Africa.

Many of these products are made by micro businesses or Sole Proprietors which enables us to share unique products of outstanding quality with you.

** all our glassware is imported.

Delivery

What do you charge for shipping?
STANDARD PRODUCTS
We offer free shipping on all orders over R700 (excl. meat products).
From time to time we also run specials that will include free shipping on orders below R700.

Orders below R700 will incur a R85 shipping fee.

MEAT PRODUCTS
Our raw meat products are dispatched from a different facility and has its own delivery fees.
We charge R100 per meat delivery.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery to main city centers usually take 2 to 4 working days. Outlying areas will take 4 – 7 working days.
Please note, the current Covid situation may delay delivery times.

Where do you deliver to?
  • We deliver nationwide to all major cities, towns and most rural areas
  • Major centres allow for 2/4 working days and outlying areas allow for 3 – 7 days for delivery
Can I change my delivery address? •
  • Please contact us via email at sales@almabroorselect.co.za with your order number and new delivery address
  • Please note that a change of address to a different town or city must please be requested before delivery commences – if the order is already out on delivery we will have to create a new waybill for the clients account.
How do I track my order?

An email notification will notify you as soon as your order has been collected by the courier.  
This email will contain the waybill number for your order,  you can then track your parcel using the Track and Trace function in Customer Services at www.thecourierguy.co.za

Refunds & Returns

Return Policy:
The provision of goods by Al Mabroor Select is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Al Mabroor Select can contact you with options.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Al Mabroor Select.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Al Mabroor Select within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Al Mabroor Select within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the correct one ordered, on our account.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to the listed areas for a fee of R150.
If you need delivery to an area not listed, an additional fee might be charged, depending on the amount of orders to your area. You will be contacted to confirm this surcharge. You will have the option to accept or reject this charge. If rejected, a refund will be issued for your order. Please contact us directly at qurbani@almabroorprojects.com if you have any questions.
